Case Study: Acquisition Growth
In 2014, we started making acquisitions with $50K of capital and a bank loan. In some cases, we would hold the asset and cash flow. However, we often had an opportunity to sell the asset in order to free up capital to buy new cash-flowing assets. Proceeds from asset sales as well as the current value of this portfolio(which started as a $50K investment) are now worth over $19M. It is particularly impressive that these assets write a monthly check to its investors of $93K.
